This is from Ming's Auto Service.&nbsp; The accusation from this customer is not correct.<br><br>This customer came to our shop complaining that his heater was not working properly.&nbsp; Before we could even check on his car, he already jumped to his own conclusion saying that the heater switch is bad.&nbsp; After our technician checked the car over, we found that there weren't enough coolant (water and antifreeze) in the system.&nbsp; We told the customer that we had to pressure test the coolant system to check for the leak. &nbsp; Without enough coolant in the system, the heater will not work properly.&nbsp; We added over a gallon of coolant in the system and determined that the heater core was leaking. &nbsp; It is true that the car was not steaming when the car came in.&nbsp; That's because the car did not have enough coolant in the system to steam or leak from the heater core.&nbsp; We only charged $20 for this service, which the customer wasn't even willing to pay for it, since he think we didn't repair anything.&nbsp; Our coolant cost money and so does our employees.&nbsp; We have to charge for diagnosis. &nbsp;&nbsp; The $650 we quoted this customer is to replace heater core (parts and labor).&nbsp;&nbsp; Next day, the customer came back and complained about the car is steaming and leaking coolant.&nbsp; Before we even started to talk, he started accusing us of breaking his car.&nbsp; He continued to argue and stated that we 'robbed' him.&nbsp; This customer doesn't have an understanding of how a car and heater core works.&nbsp; He jumped to the conclusion that we damaged his car. <br><br>Our shop has been in business for over 20 years.&nbsp; Many of our customers are from China and we very much appreciated their business.&nbsp; We don't understand where did this customer got the impression that we don't appreciate them.&nbsp; The accusation he made is not correct.&nbsp;&nbsp; Our shop takes our business very seriously.&nbsp; We do not take false accusation lightly.&nbsp;

这董老板如果是曾经有家店在顶好超市和Bufford之间的话，我相信且同情楼主。97年出我花三千买的Carmy消音器（muffler)很吵，车子开在路上声音很大。找到老董老板修花了9 百多，说是日本件。一年以后又坏了，拿了invioce 去找他。他说该坏了，当时他的一个工人都用异样的目光看他。我跑到老美店一问才知用一百多就可修好，这才知到这个越南华桥有多黑。十年后依依不舍的把就车卖了，那一百块修的消音器还好好儿的。不过听说他儿子也开了修车行，比他好很多，心没那么黑。还是少和韩华，越华打交道。

我觉得你写得绝不齐全， 我也不信那老板会无缘无故发大火！ 肯定你做了一些事。。。。。不过那老板要检讨， 毕竟把顾客气到这样。
