Thanks Visitor 7. I really appreciate your input. To me, the matter of running good or not is less important than participation and consistence. Actually I am not a good runner but my experience has told me that your strength in physical definately helps you build up strong mentality. Running together would be very good opportunity for us to share experience with others, once again for new-comers, they need encouragement from experienced ones. We run for health, strength and growth.

Henry, you are absolutely right. The chain of influnence begins from our mind, then to our body - exercise makes you mentally feel good about youself, feel more comfortale and confident inside, and the healthy effect on your body is just an ancillary and natural result from the mental benefit. I ran a lot when I was young, but now I can only do three or four miles at this time. I know many of you may be way ahead of me, and I don't want to be a burden to the team. <br>

To visitor 5. I like your idea. If there are 5 potential runners willing to practice as group, we can figure out the time and place for our meeting. There are some trail walking paths in Johns Creek and Stone Mountain park. I actually live in the North DeKalb and run at least five days a week most time by myself. Running can maintain you in good physical shape and also build up strong mentality. If you really want to try it, please join our group, where you will meet new friends, gain more information and most importantly, be motivated by others. We've already stepped into the year of 2012. I hope everyone keep exercise, continue to read good books and eat right.

running is a great exercise but can be boring becasue it is often an individual activity. I like the idea of group running but it may better if we start from a smaller group then grow organically.

I also think it is good time for social activities. We can bring our kids for the fun. Researchers have also approved that outdoor activities would boost Vitmine D in your body. What you need to do is to have less time on watching TV or surfing the Internet.

The reason I am really willing to run with others is that as a group at which we could share the information, enjoy the good time and encourage one another. I've been running for a couple of years most time by myself and really feel everybody needs to manage himself/herself on daily basis to find time for exercise. You possibly run by yourself during the weekdays and at weekends we would run togather. There are many running events at the Great Atlanta and we may join to run for our community. My new year resolution is to exercise more. I am interested in jogging, playing tennis/pingpong. It will be great to have a group to motivate each other.<br>
