For a while, I have been thinking if we can run or jog at weekends as a group. I'd like to meet someone from our Chinese community who like to run or jog together. At weekends, we can practice it as a group for sharing our experience and motivating each other. For the coming new year, I hope everyone eat more healthy and do more excercise.
