中美投资人转项目经济人的回信： Yes Sabrina – you are correct. I live and work in Toronto, but I am also associate of NDD and working with them on marketing their real estate development. Behind this company (NDD had to be registered according to the North Dakota regulations) is Horizon group that is active in US, England and Australia. Most of the investors in this project (they bought so far almost 600 units/studios) are from these countries even though there are some Canadians, Chinese and others. Their strategy is simple and that is why they can offer 25% secured ROI for 5 years (that I never heard of that anybody offers – usually all the risk is on the investors and there is no guarantees), as there is about 10,000 people without proper accommodation in the area and it will be even more once when the Bakken basin is fully developed and more wells are drilled…As per the management, before Phase 1 opening they had 250 inquiries for 204 units.
