to 16th floor, if you look at the fair tax discussion, there will be some examptions for low income tax payers. It could be based on poverty line. That shouldn't be an excuse for not adopt it. Most liberals actully want more tax revenues to support their political agenda or buy votes. So a fair tax will be bad since they can no longer to start a class war fare.
That's why we need to push for fair tax where everyone pays for one single tax rate no matter how high/low their incomes are. 15% would be a good start and you will get even with Romney. <br>I am sure most of the liberals will cry foul on that too!<br>
