We are a leading company in water purification products, conveniently located in Cumming, Georgia, off GA 400 exit 13. We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time position at our Cumming, GA headquarters.

Requirements:

Must be able to speak, read and write in both Mandarin & English fluently. 

Experience in at least one of the following areas: water filtration, water treatment, small home appliances, bio-chemical engineering, environmental engineering.

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.

Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.

Superb written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Major Job Duties:

Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards, including but not limited to: product manuals, performance data sheets, product descriptions on website listings, etc.

Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language that ensures user success.

Develop and maintain a detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.

Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement.

Draft and analyze patent-related documentation and follow up on projects.

Provide product technical support to other teams within the company.

Draft testing procedures and parameters based on industry standards.
