Pay
· $18 - $22 an hour

Shift and schedule
· Day shift
· Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM
Location
· Atlanta
Responsibilities:
- Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
- Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information and provide solutions
- Help our driver with delivery issues.
- Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
- Document all customer interactions
- Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
- Language requirement: English and Chinese
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Office and warehouse environment
- Occasional periods of standing or sitting for extended periods of time
- Required wearing of appropriate PPE when required
- Frequent computer and telephone use
- Frequent communication with people throughout the day
