A fast growing company is looking for a bilingual supply chain specialist with one year related work experience to join our team in Norcross GA.

Monitor and keep safety stock.

Work with suppliers and customers by emails, phone calls, and conference calls

Calculate and issue PO to suppliers.

Ensure safety stock of raw materials
-
Work with suppliers on shipping schedule
-
Work with forwarders and shipping companies on shipping
-
Work with dispatchers on delivery and pickup
-
Work with customers and suppliers on product quality problems
-
Receive customer PO
-
Shipping, receiving and transferring
-
Plan work orders, ensure daily production are completed on time, monitor manufacturing capacity
-
Quality control, inspection, supplier quality documents
-
Keep company documents up to date
-
Document preparation and data entry
-
Provide training to new employees
-
Other job assigned
-
One-year previous experience in supply chain or related fields
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skill
-
Can complete work in a timely manner
-
Can work independently, or with minimum supervisory
-
Must be fluent in English and Spanish/Mandarin
-
Technical or accounting background is a plus
