1. Job Duty: Answering phone calls, reply emails, and reply to other eCommerce platform's
customer service questions. And other duties assigned by the manager.
2. Requirement: Eligible to work in the US. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Conversational fluency in English. Mandarin-speaking is preferred.
Familiar with basic Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. There will be 7 hours working and 1-hour rest at noon.
The 1-hour rest does not come with a salary. That means you will be paid 7 hours per day.
4. Salary: One-month probation. During probation, the salary is $18/hr, after the probation the salary goes to $19/hr.
The salary increase and bonus will be based on performance later on.
5. Benefits: Full attendance $100/mo. The lunch stipend is $7 per working day.
Health insurance stipend of $200 every month will be given starting from the fourth month.
6. Future Development: Our company is at a fast-growing stage. We have a young office team
that is welcoming all new candidates that are responsible and have high requirements for themselves to join.
7. Location: We have a nice environment around us. It is about 10 minutes drive from
the Great Wall Supermarket. You will get here in 2 minutes after you take exit 102 on the I-85 highway.
