A leading home water filtration and dispenser company is searching for a sales assistant to support our team to help increase sales, expand the customer base locally and nationally, and contribute to rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills and be an ambassador for the brand, both internally and externally. The right salesperson for this role will be someone who wants to grow and thrive while exceeding their quota and contributing to the company’s success.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in developing a distributor, dealer network and wholesale accounts
Assist in developing commercial accounts, such as offices, hotel chains, restaurant chains, which have a need for quality drinking water
Identifies and approaches key or strategic partners and sets short- and long-term channel strategies
Helps to identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Helps to ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets

Requirements:

1 -2 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Superb leadership ability, team oriented, wise time management
High school diploma or higher education

Salary: 底薪$35000一年，加上丰厚的佣金。年薪最高可达到$80K。公司提供PTO, Medical, Dental, and vision insurance; 401K retirement plan. 欢迎投简历！
