We have an immediate opening for a bilingual office assistant with one year related work experience to join our team.
Responsibilities
• General office work
• Work with suppliers and customers by emails, phone calls, and conference calls
• Schedule shipping, receiving, and transferring.
• Safety stock of finished parts and raw materials
• Calculate and issue purchase orders and ensure ship on time
• Ensure production capacity, plan work orders and ensure finish on time
• Quality control and inspection
• Ensure operation comply to company requirement
• Liasson between office and operation
• Upload and keep company documents up to date
• Timesheet keeping, document preparation and data entry
• Provide training to new employees
• Other jobs assigned
Qualifications
• One-year previous experience in office administration or related fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Can complete work in a timely manner
• Can work independently or with minimum supervisory
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
• Must have own transportation
