A fast-growing company in Norcross GA is looking for an Assistant to the General Manager.
Primary job responsibilities are
· Assist General Manager in keep company daily operation.
· Monitor safety stock and inventory, calculate and place PO and WO.
· Quality inspections to ensure operation flows company quality manual.
· Receive customer PO, schedule shipping, receiving, and transferring.
· Ensure all documents are completed.
· Work with suppliers and forwarders when needed.
· Identify and arrange office and operation repairs and maintenance promptly.
· Assist General Manager in recruiting, training, appraising, and termination.
· Other jobs assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or accounting.
· One-year related work experience.
· Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, such as excel, outlook, and word.
· Excellent skill in spreadsheet software such as Excel
· Fluent in Mandarin and English
