电商部 客服人员1名

1. 工作职责：电话，邮件，各电商平台内部客服等。以及完成其他主管交代的工作。

2. 要求：合法身份，本科毕业，英文口语好，能说部分中文最好。熟悉网络和Microsoft Word, Excel等基本办公软件。22到30岁之间优先考虑。

3. 工作时间：周一至周五，早9点到晚5点，工作时间7小时，中午休息时间1小时，休息时间不带薪。

4. 薪资：试用期一个月。试用期 $17/小时，通过试用期后 $18/小时。之后视具体表现会有加薪和奖金。

5. 福利：满勤奖每个月$100，饭补每个工作日$7。工作满三个月后，第四个月开始，有每个月$200的医疗保险补贴。

Customer Service Representative

1. Job Duty: Answering phone calls, reply emails, and reply to other eCommerce platform's customer service questions. And other duties assigned by the manager.

2. Requirement: Eligible to work in the US. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Conversational fluency in English. Mandarin-speaking is preferred. Familiar with basic Microsoft Word and Excel.

3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. There will be 7 hours working and 1-hour rest at noon. The 1-hour rest does not come with a salary. That means you will be paid 7 hours per day.

4. Salary: One-month probation. During probation, the salary is $17/hr, after the probation the salary goes to $18/hr. The salary increase and bonus will be based on performance later on.

5. Benefits: Full attendance $100/mo. The lunch stipend is $7 per working day. Health insurance stipend of $200 every month will be given starting from the fourth month.
