Job Title: Sales Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Manage eBay new product upload, listing maintenance and price management.

·       Update store setup and promotions.

·       Customer service and feedback maintenance.

·       Working with sales team for existing accounts and setting up new accounts.

·       Communicate with logistic and warehouse team for shipping and customer returns issues.

·       Other tasks as assigned by the sales director.

Requirements & Skills

• Expert in Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word, and all MS Office related software.

·       Enthusiastic about growing an already successful eBay store and new ecommerce platforms.

·       Proven working experience in merchandising on a similar role and hands on experience on eBay sales.

• Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile and wear multiple hats in a small but growing company.

·       Communication and team collaboration skills.

·       Have a customer first, service-oriented mindset. Customer Service, restaurant, retail, or call center experience preferred. Proven track record of success a plus (awards, etc).

·       Bachelor’s Degree (can be offset by experience).
