We are a small business with fast growing opportunities and we are looking for a content creator and Social Media Coordinator. A Content Creator and Social Media Coordinator is responsible for content creation, distribution, promotion and engagement with respective social media platforms and ecommerce platforms. This role combines a passion for photo, video and interaction with customers online and on call. We are looking for someone who has a strong understanding of social trends, behaviors, and how they can be translated into stunning and interacting content to expose our brand. If you’re a creative mind who is constantly online and stays up with the latest social trends, you will be a perfect fit for this position.
Qualification
Require Bachelors of Graphic Design & Advertising or related field.
Proficient with Adobe Suite (PR, PS, AI, AE, AU, ID, LR).
1-2 years of work experience with photography and videography.
Must provide a wide range of portfolio related material during the interview.
1 years of experience with social media content engagement and social platform management.
Awesome personality, Responsible Solo and team player, Detail-oriented, Deadline motivated.
Intimate familiarity and expertise with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and more.
Pictures and Layouts for ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, and more.
You will be given a short task to pass as part of the interview to show your adobe suite skills.
Flexible with extra given tasks which will be rewarded with bonus pay and the opportunity to learn more than your own field.
Fluent in English - Bilingual or Chinese is a plus!
Customer Service.
Main Duties
You will be working on pictures, layouts, contents and campaigns for each of our platforms to drive audience engagement and inbound conversation and various social media channels.
Assist with your respective Content Manager on projects with an innovative and fun approach including brainstorming ideas to finalizing the projects. You will be responsible from the process of thinking to executing.
When you first come in we will have to train you for customer service so you get a better understanding of our company and products. This will help you in the long run no matter if it is for contents or social media references and customer engagements.
Sub Duties
Picking up calls (as a secondary rep)
Emailing customers and light data entry when needed. (Such as attending to missed calls)
Work Time
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. One-hour lunch break. Lunch break hours are not paid. So the total working hours for a day is 8 hours.
Full time.
Salary
One month probation. Probation month salary is $3000. After probation, the salary increases to $3500/mo.
The salary increase and bonus will be given based on performance.
Benefits
$100 per month for full attendance.
Major holiday pay. (Full salary will be given for major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Fourth of July and so on)
$7 per workday for lunch stipend.
A $200 per month health insurance stipend will be given from the fourth month after you joined the company.
