Company Introduction: Catch Air is a larger-than-life indoor soft-play adventure park for children themed around a family. Each Catch Air Park is filled with colorful murals, three dimensional thematic elements and giant play structures built around a maze of dizzyingly high and wildly twisting slides. There are dozens of activities inside the center that encourage physical, mental, and social development through play. There are no electronic arcade games or ticket redemption windows to be found here. Catch Air is ALL about running, jumping, climbing, sliding, interacting with digital games. Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Type: Full Time

Job Duties:

• Monitor expenses and ensure all receipts are posted timely
• Assist month end / quarter end financial reporting packages
• Process time corrections and prepare biweekly time report
• Hard book shows no later than sixty days after the event date
• Make sure that all receivables, receipts, and payable items are processed and recorded accurately and timely; participate in and monitor collection of receivables; keep inventory information up to date.
• Perform and analyze all bank / credit card reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures / policies.
• Support audit processes, preparing internal and external audit schedules as needed and liaising with top management group.
• Monitor revenue stream for multi stores in both cash and credit cards.
• Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Education:

• Accounting or finance degree required. 2+ year Quick Book experience preferred
• Two to four years comparable work experience
• Intermediate or higher excel skill
• Detailed oriented and strong in math
