Company Introduction: Catch Air is a larger-than-life indoor soft-play adventure park for children themed around a family. Each Catch Air Park is filled with colorful murals, three dimensional thematic elements and giant play structures built around a maze of dizzyingly high and wildly twisting slides. Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Type: Full Time

Job Duties:

• Monitor expenses and ensure all receipts are posted timely
• Assist month end / quarter end financial reporting packages
• Process time corrections and prepare biweekly time report
• Hard book shows no later than sixty days after the event date
• Make sure that all receivables, receipts, and payable items are processed and recorded accurately and timely; participate in and monitor collection of receivables; keep inventory information up to date.
• Perform and analyze all bank / credit card reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures / policies.
• Support audit processes, preparing internal and external audit schedules as needed and liaising with top management group.
• Monitor revenue stream for multi stores in both cash and credit cards.
• Possess excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications and Education:

• Accounting or finance degree required. 2+ year Quick Book experience preferred
• Two to four years comparable work experience
• Intermediate or higher excel skill
• Detailed oriented and strong in math
