Hiring Restaurant Assistant Manager
$20 - $25/Hour + Tips / Commision

We are looking for a restaurant assistant manager to ensure all daily activities run smoothly nad dfficiently.
Restaurant assistant manager responsibilities include ordering inventory, managing contracts and payroll and supervising restaurant staff performance. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with restaurant operations and have a good understanding of wht makes a great customer service. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ultimately, you will help minimize operationg costs, boost our employee retention and deliver a positive dining experience for our guests
requirement:
US citizen or Green Card holder
5 years + fast food restauant experience as a restaurant assistant manager
good customer service attitude
good math and reporting skills
communication and team management abilities
availability to work within opening hours
bechelor degree required
Responsiblilities
able to research wholesale food suppliers and negotiate prices
manage the inventory
prepare shift schedules
process payroll
supervise kitchen and cashier and provide assistance, as needed
keep detailed records of daily, weekly and onthly costs and revenues
arrange for new employees proper onboarding, such as scheduling trainings
monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
gather guests' feedback and recommendations
