We are nationwide patio furniture distributor / supplier / Vendor. We provide customer service to all our clients in us including part replacement.

Responsibilities:

• Gain knowledge of and become familiar with all products to be able to easily assist customers.
• Assist platform supervisor to deal with after sale claims.
• Contact customers to assist with part replacement request.
• Promptly respond to negative product reviews.
• Make a record of customers’ phone calls and emails and bring feedback to the supervisor in a timely manner
• Manage the general customer service email account

Requirements
1.Have customer service or call center work experience
2.High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred)
3. Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
4.Good verbal and written communication skills
5.Basic computer knowledge
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM
