I am looking for someone with USA Accounting Degree and working experience to fill the Book Keeper/Executive Assistant position.
1. Flexible day/Hours, and work location. Start with 15-20hrs/wk book keeping position, then will increase to 25-30/hrs/wk depend on your ability to provide assistant to Executive.
2. Proficient in English, able to communicate both oral and in writing with Executive, Accountant, payroll company, staff, vendors in English with professional manners.
3. Mainly responsible for A/P, bank reconciliation, maintain book keeping leger entries on Peachtree Accounting software (can train you). There will be multiple companies books to handle. Assistant to Executive with projects as needed.
4. Able to keep all companies business and Executive's personal information confidential.
5. Character requirements: Detail oriented, good attitude and work ethics, able to adopt to changes, humble, respect superiors and co-workers. Able to resolve problems, self starter, self learner, and self motived. Good time management skills, multi-task skills.
