Iphone 可以用usps 邮寄回中国吗？

我有一个朋友，让我帮助买iphone ，手表，和包包，请问可以用usps邮寄回国吗？邮寄的时候需要交关税吗？

It depends on how lucky he is...  Some of them are caught and some of them may be passed by the postal office in China.  Someone sent guns and were missed by the custom.
