Today is the voter registration deadline to vote in the upcoming July 31 general primary elections.  Even if you are CERTAIN you are registered to vote, and especially if you are not sure, PLEASE take just a few moments to check and confirm your voter registration status at the Georgia Secretary of State's website at http://mvp.sos.state.ga.us/.  To check your status via this website, you enter your first initial, last name, choose your county of residence and enter your date of birth.  Do your community a favor and encourage your relatives, co-workers and friends to do the same TODAY.  Any questions concerning your voter registration status should be directed to your COUNTY REGISTRAR'S office.  County Board of Registrar contact  information can be found at http://sos.georgia.gov/elections/voter_registration/registrars.asp.    PLEASE CHECK YOUR STATUS TODAY and be sure you are listed as "ACTIVE".
