心脏病的防护及急救知识讲座

我们大家都需要有急救护理的知识， 知道在专业医疗救护人员到来之前，怎样正确处理面对的紧急情况，如突发心脏病等。这个讲座会帮助你：

1.     怎样辨识紧急情况，如急性突发心肌梗死等。

2.     怎样按照急救行动步骤作出正确反应，检查，打急救电话，行动。

3.     在专业救护人员到来之前，提供相应的急救护理。

讲座的第二个部分主要讨论怎样通过锻炼身体，和日常饮食来改善和增强心脏功能，防治心脏病。

Responding to an emergency such as a heart attack and prevention of heart disease.

People need to know what to do in an emergency such as heart attack before medical help arrives. This seminar will prepare you to:

1.     Recognize when an emergency has occurred.

2.     Follow the emergency action steps, Check-Call-Care, for any emergency.

3.     Provide care for injury or sudden illness until professional medical help arrives.

Second part of this seminar will focus on useful information and knowledge for preventing of heart disease, which includes healthy heart exercise prescription and nutrition.
