2012大型春节文艺晚会《中美友好之夜》( A Celebration of China-U.S. Friendship )于2012年1月15日晚上7点,在亚特兰大Woodruff Arts Center( 亚特兰大伍德洛夫艺术中心交响乐厅) 1280 Peachtree Street NE Atlanta, GA 30309)隆重举行。
此次晚会是驻休斯敦总领馆、亚特兰大市政府与各界共庆中美友好、欢庆新年的一次重要活动。晚会由亚特兰大中国商会(CBAA)承办,得到了可口可乐公司、伍德洛夫艺术中心、佐治亚州立大学孔子学院、美中文化教育基金会、三一重工和家得宝公司等的赞助和美中友协亚特兰大分会、亚特兰大华人协会(NACA)、亚特兰大专协(ACP)等的大力支持。
晚会之前举办了贵宾招待酒会,中国驻休斯顿领事馆总领事许尔文女士等贵宾出席了酒会。

七点整,晚会在人们的炽热的期待中终于拉开了帷幕,前总统卡特,佐治亚州州长Deal都发来了贺信祝愿晚会举办成功。之后亚特兰大市市长Kasim Reed上台说,这个晚会的举办说明我们在继续努力地加强和促进中美间的文化和经济交流,期待在2012年中,中美间的关系能继续深化和发展。
在中华传统文化韵味的大背景衬托下,整个晚会洋溢着一种祥和圆满的和谐之韵。 一群粉红的孩子,用他们欢快的芭蕾舞姿,将我们带到一个美轮美奂、充满活力的世界。一如所选曲目---星光灿烂进行曲,预示祖国的未来定灿烂辉煌,中美友好的建交也将像星光一样灿烂。 喜庆欢快的开场舞之后,由安楠和刘静表演的杂技-----顶上芭蕾马上吸引了观众的眼球。观众时而屏住呼吸,感受这如痴如醉的美丽芭蕾,时而为两人默契的配合鼓掌喝彩。 当人们还沉浸在美妙的芭蕾舞中时,一曲来自休斯顿李奇的二胡独奏---战马奔腾便响彻整个舞台,悠扬而又有力量。也让我们在她的演奏中,感受中国骑兵为保护自己的国家,在草原上万马奔腾的壮观景象。 接着为我们表演的是杂技---转毯。表演者陆玲玲让我们看到她灵活的表演技巧,特别是在高峰时候,手脚一起转四个盘,博得在座所有人的掌声。也让所有人记下了这个可爱的名字和美丽的身影。 感受了视觉的盛宴,再让我们聆听一曲笛子独奏---牧民新歌。将我们带到辽阔的大草原,没有城市的纷扰,眼前只有蓝天、白云、众多的羊群和欢愉的牧民。 又是一阵热烈的掌声,迎来了潘跃新的转顶杂技,杂技演员变成青蛙,展示各类杂技与生动的音乐的节奏。赵玉雪、陈贝贝的女子对手也同样不甘落后。来自崔咏梅的变脸,更是令观众大开眼界,不时报以热烈的掌声表示惊讶和赞赏。 无论是美国的五首爵士音乐、美国小姑娘独唱的《英雄》,还是潘磊演唱的《斗牛士之歌》,或是Alison和潘磊合唱的《月亮代表我的心》,无不让观众感受到一场盛大的听觉盛宴,似天籁之音,萦绕着整个舞台。接下来的琵琶独奏《 彝族舞曲》赢得了热烈的掌声,那优美的旋律真是绕梁三日。琵琶演奏者为毕业于休士頓大學的摩尔音樂學院的吴长璐美女。她的表演融合了東西方音樂和文化的元素,让更多的人们認識和欣賞到中國民族音樂,成为中西文化及藝術交流的大使。 杂技---力与美,在感受两位男子在力量和没的平衡时,也让我们思考,在中美友好关系中,不也正如这力与美的平衡。 晚会在亚特兰大专业的芭蕾舞团的精彩演出《茉莉花》和观众的掌声中圆满结束,纵使意犹未尽,愿这一和谐之音、美好之夜,在所有人心中铭记。
如果说这台晚会是一部让人回味无穷的诗集,那晚会的每一个文艺表演者就是一个诗人。用美丽绝伦的舞姿,精湛的杂技表演,余音绕梁的歌声。以一种喜庆、温暖的笔触,书写着这部诗集。留给每一位观众和读者的是祥和温暖的回味,无论是内容,还是形式,无论是气韵,或是情趣。这次的晚会不仅是亚城华人辞旧迎新的春节盛会,更是中美文化交流,感情交融的盛会。
这次晚会能取得巨大成功离不开总领事馆的帮助和亚特兰大商会的鼎力支持。晚会用到的大红灯笼不好邮寄,领事亲自从休斯顿开了十几个小时的车把灯笼送过来,晚会结束后,又开车把灯笼送回去。同时亚特兰大商会的全体理事们从几个月前就着手准备这次晚会,不知有多少理事有多少个不眠之夜。
晚会结束之后总领事馆和亚特兰大商会在福临门酒店举行了答谢晚会,向支持晚会的各界人士、来宾,以及晚会的工作人员表达谢意。

The actress performs a gentle ballet on the head and shoulders of the acrobat, including such positions as Arabesque and then twisting 360°. The spectacular techniques not only add some breathtaking features to the classical ballet dancing, but also give a sense of elegance to the acrobatic hand-in-hand balancing technique. This act received roaring applause in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Japan, Singapore and France. It was also performed for Elizabeth II, the Queen of U.K.
3、 二胡独奏: 战马奔腾
Erhu Solo: The Galloping Battle Horses played by

The Erhu is a two-stringed bowed musical instrument, more specifically a spike fiddle, and sometimes known in the Western world as the "Chinese violin". It is used as a solo instrument as well as in ensembles and large orchestras. It is one of the most popular traditional instruments. A very versatile instrument, the Erhu is used in both traditional and contemporary music arrangements, such as in pop, rock, jazz, etc.
This piece depicts how Chinese cavalries were doing trainings on the grassland to safeguard their country. Some very unique Erhu techniques are incorporated in this piece and it is the first composition for Erhu with military subject.
Li, Qi, born in Sichuan, China, has been playing Erhu since seven. She graduated from Southwest University in China with major in Music Education and specialty in Erhu, and has been teaching in Erhu for over ten years. She has a workshop in Houston, TX.

5、 笛子独奏: 牧民新歌
Dizi Solo: The Herdsmen’s New Melody played by

This transverse bamboo flute has a blowing hole, a stop hole and six finger holes. The two holes furthest from the player are fundamental tone holes and next to them are two auxiliary tone holes. Its range is two and a half octaves.
This melody is based on Inner Mongolian folk tunes. The prelude unfolds before us a vast expanse of the Inner Mongolian Prairie---its blue sky, white clouds and numerous flocks of sheep and cattle. The passionate and resonant rhythm presents the exhilaration of the grassland featuring cheers of crowds and neighing of horses.
Yixiu Yan, born in Dalian, China, studied the Chinese flute from Weiliang Zhang since eight, and is the member of Chinese Bamboo Flute Professional Association. She is experienced in playing Chinese flute, Xiao, Bawu, Xun and other wind instruments, and is now active on stage in Houston, TX.

This act features power balancing, using one-hand stand skills. The acrobat turns into a frog, showing various kinds of acrobatics with the vivid rhythm of music, and spinning in a high speed with balance.

Bian Lian, literally "mask-changing", is an ancient Chinese dramatic art that is part of the more general Sichuan opera. Performers wear brightly colored costumes, and move to quick and dramatic music. They put on vividly colored masks, which they change within a fraction of a second.
Amy Cui, born in Henan, China, is a Chinese acrobatic artist. She won the gold medal of the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain--the Presidential Award of France Republic.

As Producer-Director, Cathy Irby Durant said, “Allison fell in love with singing before she could put complete sentences together.” With a powerful soulful voice developing at age 5 and a charismatic personality, she honed her skills and landed TV commercials, radio spots and singing roles in school plays. In 2004 her raspy, expressive singing laced seven songs on The Duke’s, Rock Album, released in Europe. In 2008 she put her solo career on hold and joined Mahagani. In 2010 she 's featured on two big records released by Joe Jonas and Demi Lovata for Disney’s, Hollywood Records, titled Make a Wave. In July 2011, through DEG Records she released her first single Never Be Me to Jango Internet Radio.

He is given favorable review from the audience and Opera Association of Atlanta.

12、 琵琶独奏: 彝族舞曲
Pipa Solo: Dancing Music of Yi Ethnic played by

The Pipa is a four-string instrument with semi-pear-shaped sound box, paulownia-wood top board, the neck curved backwards, and its range is four-octave or five -octave intervals. It was introduced to China in the Han dynasty (2000 years ago) from central Asia. It is now one of China’s most important national instruments for solo, accompaniment and ensemble recital.
This piece is composed based on the intonation of Yi ethnic folk music. The beautiful lyrical melodies and bold vigorous rhythm portray the cheerful young people of Yi dancing in the night scene.
Changlu Wu, born in Shanghai, China, started her Pipa training at the age of 6, and was enrolled by the Shanghai Conservatory of Music at the age of 9, majoring in Pipa playing. She won numerous awards during her years of training. In 1980, she played for Isaac Stern's film "From Mao to Mozart", the Oscar’s best document film. Later she had education in piano at the Moores School of Music, University of Houston in 1990 and won the championship in the George Foreman International Musical Talent Showcase in1995.

The Nanjing Acrobatic Troupe was established in December 1957. Since then, the Troupe has tried to present acts with South China characteristics thrilling, unique, and beautiful. Cycling on the High Wire with Bowl Topping, Bicycle Balance on a Three-story Stand, Plate Spinning and Picking Flower with Mouth, are the authorship of the Troupe. Hand Acrobatics and Bowl Balance won the Gold Prizes of the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain----the Presidential Award of France Republic in 1986 and 1989. Plate Spinning won the Silver Lion Award of the 3rd National Acrobatic Competition of China in 1993 and Gold Prize of the 4th Wuqiao International Acrobatic Festival of China in 1994. In 1997, Plate Spinning and Bamboo Diabolo won the Silver Prizes in the 3rd“Princess Christina Cup” initial World Women's Acrobatic and Circus Festival held in the Stockholm, Sweden. 40 groups of the Troupe have performed in more than 120 cities among 30 countries of the world.
