There are more and more indecent tenants in Georgia now days.  There is more and more Chinese investment in the current rental markets.  We should build a data base of black list for those bad tenants so to warn the landlords to stay away from those scum bags who try to take advantage of other people.  We should always check this list before you make decision on tenants.

Here is one:  Joshua Reuter, white male, late 30s, fiancé as a Africa American, with the daughter from the mom.  Not paying rent and we are in the process of eviction.  Watch out if these people are look for some place to rent.  Currently they live in Lawrenceville, GA 30044.
