---房市低迷，如何投资从中赚钱

这次讲座讨论会将由在房地产投资方面经验老道的Alfred Yin主讲。Alfred从１９７６年即开始在美国做房地产投资，３０多年过去了，他分别购买、装修、出租和出售几十栋（套）房屋，每每得手赚钱，无一失手。即使现在房市如此低迷的情况下，他仍然坐拥价值数百万美元的房地产。他将与我们一起分享他３０多年的投资经验。

How To Profit in Down Market
