Every year, or even sooner, your child will need stronger and stronger glasses to see clearly because of their rapid continual increase in their myopia over their young lives. Just
having their eyesight made clearer by the use of glasses or regular contact lenses will do nothing to help prevent their myopia from rapidly increasing every year. And this is especially true if they are of Asian ancestry.

Not only is it an inconvenience to have to experience
rapid ever-increasing amounts of myopia, but, more
importantly, it makes your child more and more at
risk for very serious eye-health problems as the
amount of myopia rapidly increases!!! In fact, one of
the leading causes of blindness in the world is due
to high degrees of myopia! And, children of Asian
ancestry begin myopia at much earlier ages and
progress much more rapidly, reaching much higher
powers rarely experienced by any other group in the
world!!

Something effective has to be done to try to help slow down or stop this very rapid continuous progression of myopia. And something effective IS being done!
