I suggest ban all the gas stations from alpharetta and johns creek area since gas stations are so dangerous.   By the way, I will send email to support building RaceTrac there.

I support LZ. Traffic is bad enough at Parsons and 141. RaceTrac will bring more traffic.

I don't live nearby that area.  But I support LZ.   No gas station should be next to a school.   Protect your children by voting against it.    RaceTrac builds big gas stations and very noisy.

Against it. There are already two gas stations at the corner of 141 and Abbotts Bridge Road and it is so close to the residential areas. Will email to the city council.

Here is more information   Hello Neighbors,   We have two more RaceTrac meetings ahead!   Tuesday, December 6 @ 7 pm – The Johns Creek Planning Commission   Monday, December 12 @ 7 pm – The City Council and Mayor   Both meetings will be held at 12000 Findley Road, Suite 300, Johns Creek, GA  30097.  Please note that this is a different location from our previous meetings.  Directions:  North on GA 141/Medlock Bridge Road approximately ¼ mile north of Abbotts Bridge Road.  Turn left onto Findley Road and right into the first building on the right.  Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.   The Planning Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council and Mayor at the next meeting and the Mayor and City Council will make the final decision at our last meeting.  I know that there has been some confusion about the different meetings.  We continue to hear the same old comments from RaceTrac without answers to our concerns.  Thank you to those who have attended our meetings.    The next two meetings are the most important in trying to keep RaceTrac out of our neighborhood.  I have been told that the Planning Commission tends to lean toward what the residents who attend the meetings want.  Please plan on attending and try to get people from other neighborhoods to attend and speak out against the zoning request.  It would help if the Planning Commission and City Council and Mayor saw other people, besides Glenhurst residents, against the rezoning request.   I would like to thank David Neuringer for writing our Formal Resolution to the Johns Creek Community Association.  He will also be making a presentation at the meeting.  Others who are against the rezoning may also speak.    Remember – The Community Development Department’s Planning Report states that a convenience store with fuel pumps should NOT be built on this site.  If we can get the Planning Commission to side with us, then we will have two victories, which will help with our meeting with the Mayor and City Council.   Looking forward to seeing you at the meeting!

The issue at stake is nearby high school. There is no GAS station next to or directly across from it today.   A gas station is a place that drug deals can go down and sexual predators can sit across from the school and watch children walk home and learn their routine. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p> Gas stations have high volumes of in- and out- traffic. It is NOT the type of establishment that belongs across from a school, a day care, and a community park and pool.<o:p></o:p>

LZ先说说有什么理由反对？现在NorthView High School附近有没有加油站？如果有，为什么别人可以建RaceTrac就不可以？美国绝大多数的加油站都兼售烟酒，超市也卖烟酒，这成不了反对的理由。

IP: *.8. You are joking right ?   a. Not all teenagers have car. b. You can save 2-3 cents per gallon, a totoal 50 cents per filling. c. Do you really want student inhale gas all the time? d. Do you put liquor, cigaretts in your kid's room since they can get it if they want ?

RaceTrac will give us cheaper gas, and the student always can buy those anywhere else if they want! if your argument is right, then we need to move the H-mart...
