先讲讲她的无良“职业操守”, 头两个也许不算啥,您看完再说<br>

1)。拉客的时候吹的天花乱坠,交了钱就不理了<br>
2)。一般打电话,发email都不回,或1-2周才回<br>
3)。12/15/2010 她收到补件通知,补交期限是1/26/2011。她直到1/25/2011才<br>
通知我。还跟我说USCIS允许发延期请求,她已经发了。<br>
4)。然后又是找不到人,好容易通了一次电话,我也不奢望她帮我指导啥了(下面我<br>
再说她的无能业务水平),我说我来准备材料,你最后review一下吧,结果我把材料发给她<br>
以后从此玩消失。<br>
5)。二月初我给USCIS打电话,他们说政策上是不允许延期请求的,我的申请快要被<br>
abandon了。<br>

下面再说下她的无能“职业水平”<br>
1)。我的背景是美国一般学校phd, 15 paper, 85%第一作者。30篇review, 40多 <br>
citation, best paper 一次,学校奖项 2 次, 业界大公司工作3年,不是research <br>
工作,公司奖项一次,公司报道一次, 总的来说case不强。<br>
2)。我跟她说集中火力少claim几项,这位律师一口气claim了award, media report, <br>
contribution, authorship, judgement, leading role, display of work in <br>
exhibition, 最后被批的只承认了authorship<br>
3)。claim awards 时,她把学校,公司奖项都放上去,还说算的,结果只承认 best <br>
paper<br>
4)。 claim media report 时,把公司产品的报道放了一堆上去,说也算,结果全不承认<br>
5)。claim judgement 时,她说只提供review invitation就够了,结果被追要更多证据<br>
6)。claim display of work in exhibition, 她把我会议presentation ppt 放上去<br>
,搞笑,签证官说这个claim根本不是给你这种presentation用的。<br>
7)。claim leading/critical role 时,她就把job verification letter 全抄照搬<br>
,就两段,公司介绍,我的工作简述,没有一个字提到 leading, critical<br>
8)。后来我看了和我一个实验室出来的师弟的petition letter (背景相似,他找的另<br>
一个律师),发现我的petition letter 就是一坨屎,感谢我的律师 !<br>

期间此女回国在北京访问不了她们事务所的server, 打电话到我办公室让我帮她解决,<br>
我还不遗余力的给她想办法<br>

我前一段贴了一个关于我和鲁西鲁的故事<br>

今天收到她的来信如下:<br>

I have been calling your home phone and your cell phone for many times. <br>
I also left my voice message. Up to date, I haven’t received your call <br>
back. I also noticed that you already responded to your RFE yourself.<br>
<br>
The fee letter you signed with our firm does not include service for RFE <br>
notice. Normally, a new fee letter will be drafted for the RFE notice <br>
based on its content. I shall notify you earlier of your RFE notice. As <br>
I explained to you earlier over the phone, I went to hospital emergency <br>
room because of my constant high fever for weeks during that period. I <br>
also timely requested an extension to reply your RFE notice with the <br>
Immigration based on my medical situation. Based on the unforeseeable <br>
medical emergency, the Immigration normally will grant the extension <br>
request. All this information has been fully disclosed to you.<br>

I also noticed that you posted many articles related to me in Chinese <br>
communities, including mitbbs.com, Emory newsgroup and etc. You clearly <br>
knew that the delay was caused by my medical situation. Unfortunately, <br>
you intentionally did not disclose my medical situation in any of your <br>
posts. In fact, you put me in a false light that I delayed to notify you <br>
of the RFE notice with gross negligence. I stand for your right of <br>
freedom of speech. However, it does not mean that you are free to <br>
infringe my rights. I am a licensed attorney and the fact that you put <br>
me in the false light caused me a great damage to my practice.<br>
<br>
The conflicts of interests between you and me now prevent me from <br>
representing you in your immigration matters in a full ability. I would <br>
like to have a phone conference with you in person to discuss your <br>
matters. Please email me directly to schedule an appointment in this <br>
week. Your prompt reply is greatly appreciated.<br>

知是有意还是无意,我们的合同根本没提EFR来了怎么办,我也糊里糊涂签了。就算您<br>
EFR要另收费,您打电话告诉我你收到EFR的时候为什么不跟我说?兄弟姐妹以后跟Lu<br>
大律师签合同可要看清楚问清楚了。<br>

2)。埋怨我在原贴里没提她是因为生病才没有及时通知我EFR<br>

Lu大律师,您生病推迟个两三天通知我也没问题,可您到过期前一天才给我打电话有点<br>
说不过去吧。我在原贴只是说您1/25才给我打电话,这是事实吧。话又说回来,我跟您的<br>
律师事务所签的合同,您有病,您手下人不能take over您的work load? 一个公司也不能<br>
因为CEO病了就不管客户了吧.<br>
