<p>I just sign on their $29 plan, and I was so disappointed! &nbsp;If you are a data user DO NOT fall for their false advertisement . &nbsp;On their web site it stated they have 4G but I only have 3G service. &nbsp;Call their customer service, they just say I am at a weak spot that why I can&#39;t get 4G. &nbsp;I have always have 4G service through t-mobile, even an hour before I switch over I have very strong signal. &nbsp;They share the same tower as t-mobile, how come tmoble can offer 4G and they can&#39;t. &nbsp;Their customer service attitude is like &quot;well, there is nothing I can do about it&quot; &nbsp;So I&#39;m going back to t- mobile, at least they are honest, if ultra mobile can not offer what they advertise they are not going to survive. &nbsp;Just wanted to let people out there know how deceiving they are, so you won&#39;t waste your time and energy like I did!</p>
