你好。我18岁，是原来长在脖子上的痣（大，黑）突然结巴然后颜色变淡，变小。头皮破皮结痂很痒。而且最近脖子和背部有几处节结的情况请问是不是感染了什么细菌呢。有护士朋友说也有可能是皮肤癌请问如何确定是不是皮肤癌呢哪里有比较好的皮肤科医师。谢谢
