<font size="4">I know this Chinese family from Shanghai. They live in a big house in a upscale subdivision with many school age children. Every year at Halloween evening, they turn their lights OFF and keep their house dark till after 10:00 PM. Then their lights would come back ON again after 10:00 PM. </font><div><font size="4"><br></font></div><div><font size="4">They make this a tradition of their family.</font></div>
