it depends on how much your employer covers and your income? but no one will pay health insurance more than 9.5% of their income. if a employee pays more than that, you can go to Exchange market apply for it, otherwise, you are not eligible to apply. but your family member can try if not cover by your company. any individual case, you can email me.   One thing I need to update is the income. it is base on 2014 MAGI (Modified Adjustible Gross Income). for more detail, go to <a href="http://laborcenter.berkeley.edu/healthcare/MAGI_summary13.pdf">http://laborcenter.berkeley.edu/healthcare/MAGI_summary13.pdf</a>   I received many phone calls today and positive feedback already.
