Do you now understand the urgency to do this survey and file our own brief? The 80-20 legal brief is progressing in earnest.  We are under discussion with multiple Supreme Court certified lawyers.  We have enlisted 3 largest Indian American national organizations [Global Organization of People of Indian origin (GOPIO),  National Federation of Indian Associations (NFIA), and Indian American Forum for Political education (IAFPE)] and the largest Filipino American national organization [National Federation of Filipino Association (NaFFA)] to join as co-filers in our Supreme Court brief arguing for the benefit of all Asian American students.   The plaintiff lawyers were greatly encouraged that we have brought forward a united Asian American viewpoint to the Supreme Court, completely delegitimize the other four Asian American organizations who filed brief claiming that Asian Americans all love racial preferences.  There is a chance a Jewish organization may file a brief on behalf of Asian Americans.  The Jewish community hated racial preferences then and they hated it now, and they are not bashful about it.  Ever wonder how they earned their place as first class citizens?  This is how.

18 楼不用激动。凡事要讲策略，80-20这次的策略就不对头。在美国政府的各机构中，法院是最不受选票影响的，别说你五万份网上的签名，就是五百万也没啥作用，法院是经常做出有争议，倾向少数的判决的。作为法庭之友，80-20在高院根本没啥根基和声望，不如找个好的宪法律师写份法律意见有用。AA是多次被高院肯定的，2003年高院决定是AA可再做25年，虽然现在高院是保守派当家，但全面推翻当年的决定是不大可能的。而不管最后高院啥决定，你们这些统计签名起不了作用的。有这精力还是放在一些有效的事中。

投这种票没用，华人人数少，用投票来改变社会是不可能的，非裔西裔人多得多，非裔墨裔可轻易地为此事弄个10倍的投票。看犹太人，什么时候靠犹太人自己的投票。把自己和白人非裔墨裔都区分开来，那更是少少数民族了。再说这是以法庭之友送的调查，在法庭眼里比鸡毛重不重都成问题。

7楼，在这个问题上，咱们亚裔的同盟军基本只有白人。这次要不是白人打官司，咱们连这个向最高法表达意见的机会都还没有呢。再说咱们也不知道别的族裔是否有行动。别忘了不光支持的可以发这个法庭之友，反对的一样可以哟。咱要是都不出声，到时候一看，非裔西裔强烈反对，亚裔无所谓，人家会怎么想。

4万多是全美的，如果能超过5万的话，从人口比例上讲，就相当于100万的主流人口。这个民调有可能用于最高法院的听证，机会难得。

如果我理解正确的话，这个法案是照顾非裔和西（班牙）裔。那么最高院所谓的平等听证就是除了非裔和西裔以外的所有族裔要求取消这个法案，取消非裔和西裔的配额。这样的话，这个签名太狭窄了，应该是所有除了非裔和西裔的签名，只有亚裔的签名有点.......<div> </div>

还有更热闹的是不停的炫耀自家已上藤的儿女之如此优秀，却对此次亚裔争平等的努力叱之以鼻，还美其名约只有寻找有效的办法才能去做等等。。。。很另人费解！ 的确我们争取平等的很多努力也许没能很快见效，但是我们在不断努力和争取，在不断发出我们的声音，一定比沉默要有效！！感谢所有为之努力人们！！
