Order Processing Specialist

Location: Cumming, GA
Job Type: Full-time 

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Compensation: 

• Starting at $18/hour
• Overtime pay at 1.5x the regular rate
• Pay raise available after completing training and probation

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:

• Process customer orders, including printing shipping labels, packing lists, invoices, etc.
• Assist other departments with shipping requirements
• Assist with inventory management
• Assist with other office clerk matters
•  

Requirements:

• Strong English reading ability.
• Strong Chinese speaking ability.
• Attention to detail, especially with numbers.
• Experience in order processing; accounting experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including EXCEL, WORD, GOOGLE SHEET, CHROME, and ERP systems.
