Catch Air is a larger-than-life indoor soft-play adventure park for children themed around a family. Each Catch Air park is filled with colorful murals, three dimensional thematic elements and giant play structures built around a maze of dizzyingly high and wildly twisting slides. There are dozens of activities inside the center that encourage physical, mental, and social development through play.
There are no electronic arcade games or ticket redemption windows to be found here. Catch Air is ALL about running, jumping, climbing, and sliding. Along the way, kids learn how to play fairly, share, and make new friends while challenging themselves physically and getting the exercise they need to be healthy.
REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must be motivated and energetic with the ability to work unsupervised. We are seeking someone with a good work ethic, ability to prioritize and a quick learner. Organization, time management, attention to detail, thoroughness, and decision-making independence are a must. Ability to function in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
Position Details:
· Full understanding of store operations and systems
· Provides user help desk support for computer, phone issues, and surveillance camera, POS system, web page management/update, social media monitor. Tracks and monitors all support requests to ensure timely resolution.
· Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, printers, and other peripheral devices. Accurately maintain IT equipment and phone inventory lists.
· Assist in hands-on IT enterprise hardware, software, and network support. Perform daily checks of key systems and applications.
· Limited travel to job sites or other stores, including possible overnight travel, may be required.
· Other duties and projects as assigned.
· This position requires that you work both independently and in a team environment and must understand how this position relates to other teams within our organization. You should always work in a manner that actively avoids conflicts.
· This position requires that you make timely decisions, with sound judgment always.
Technical Specifics:
· The Support Specialist's schedule: Your job may require you to work 40+ hours a week. You will have a standard weekly schedule but there may be times that may require you to work after hours or on a weekend (although this is rare). You will mainly be in the office but could be called upon to be in the field as needed. You must be able to multi-task on a regular basis.
· Monitoring help desk ticket queues, emails and phone calls for newly reported issues/requests and updates on existing tickets.
· Troubleshooting desktop level hardware and software issues.
· Resolve issue and satisfy request.
· Update and close ticket.
· Building Knowledge Base with resolution detail.
· For cases in which a resolution is not determined.
· Update tickets documenting actions taken, results and reasoning.
· Escalation of issues to manager.
· Managing existing tickets based on due dates and assigned to.
· Follow-up, complete and update existing tickets to closure.
· Update and maintain asset documents.
· Request for and assist in the procurement of employee assets required to fulfill new hire demand.
· Configure new hire computers (Laptop, Desktop), components and accessories according to defined role-based requirements for domain, security and software specifications.
· Install (in office desktop users) or distribute (remote laptop users) allocated assets for new hires.
· 1st Level Active Directory Administration
· Troubleshoot hardware, IOS, data and voice related issues; and, working closely with providers for quick resolution.
· Office 365
· Troubleshoot reported issues related to email accounts and groups.
· Administration of MISC devices related to security, surveillance, remote access, and Audio/Video
· Projectors
· New store set up support – POS, TV, surveillance camera, phone system, alarm and etc
· The configuration of alarm systems
· Knowledge of webpage maintenance and WordPress
· Experience with Office mainly Excel
· Video and Photo Editing Experience
