The Pan Asian Waves ARG of The Home Depot would like to cordially invite any members of your associated Asian culture organizations who would like attend  our Chinese New Year event scheduled for January 19^th, 2012 11:30AM- 1:00PM at our Home Depot Store Support Center in the Vinings area of Atlanta. Since this in turn would be a great platform to provide information about your individual organizations, we would also appreciate any input you could provide; including but not limited to the following:

1)      If you would like to represent your association, you are invited to set up a booth to demonstrate your organization and could include any giveaways, raffles, etc.

2)      Any performers/artists/entertainment that would like to be showcased in celebration of Chinese culture and the new year .

3)      Any other cultural presentation/s, information, donations, giveaways, performances, videos, decorations regarding Chinese customs and traditions to welcome the new year ( especially with regards to this being the year of the Dragon.

4)      Any culinary contributions or specials from any food vendors that you might be associated with.

5)      Any assistance regarding Chinese calligraphy if you have any contacts that specialize in the same.

Your input would be invaluable to our goals of sharing and enhancing the knowledge of Chinese culture and customs as well as your organization with our associates.
