The US Postal Service will be traveling to Georgia to dedicate the "Year of the Rabbit" Lunar New Year Stamp with the stamp artist Kam Mak, local and national speakers, special performances by local children groups, honored guests including Asian Pacific American community leaders and public servants, and more. With special recognition of BJ Pak, Georgia's first Korean American state representative.

The US Postal Service will be distributing a limited edition commemorative stamp programs and a first-date-of-issue Lunar New Year Stamp to attendees, who will also be able to purchase lunar new year stamps (something which is always hard to find even in a metropolitan city like Atlanta).

Businesses who would like to buy hundreds, or even thousands, of Lunar New Year stamps can purchase them on Jan 22nd at the dedication ceremony and use the stamps to promote APA culture throughout the year!

NOTE: After the US Postal Service dedication ceremony, APA community groups will be offering fun arts & culture programming for children and young adults to learn about the importance of the lunar new year and to write Lunar New Year cards to the White House & Friends.
